Relevant Experience

Antoinette has over 25 years international executive experience as an Executive Coach in Strategic and Holistic Leadership, OD Consultant and Senior Executive leading People and Culture with global and regional companies. As a Management Assessment Consultant with Korn Ferry and Hudson, she has formally assessed more than 500 Senior Executives across Asia Pacific.

In the last two years she has coached more than 50 Senior Executive clients. Through the course of her PhD Research Study she has distilled “outside-in” and “inside-out” coaching methodologies that led to a quantum shift in Stage Leadership capacity for every single participant within 12 months, generally from Achiever (amongst top 60% of leaders) to Catalyst (top 30%), and onto Strategist (top 8%).

  • Coaching the CIO of a large services organization to realize his intrinsic talents to be an innovative strategic leader, lead a major restructure and become an industry thought leader
  • Coaching the GM of a 3-year $1b+ infrastructure project to effectively lead the strategic engagement of international suppliers and ensure politically sensitive deadlines were met
  • Coaching the Director of a major public sector reform program with extensive external engagement shifting core delivery responsibilities from central agencies to NFPs and NGOs

Antoinette has worked in the energy, engineering and financial services sectors with companies such as Shell International, United KG and Westpac, and widely across the public sector. Her career highlights have been the quantum leaps made by her Executive Coaching Clients and the leadership of significant Organization Culture Transformations where revenues have more than doubled and people engagement has leapt by over 30%.


Qualifications & Accreditations

Antoinette will soon submit her PhD thesis in the Psychological and Strategic Business Drivers of Leadership Transformation at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management where she also won two university prizes while completing her MA in Management Research. Earlier in her career she completed an MBA at London Business School and graduated with an LLB (Hons) and BA from the University of Auckland.

Antoinette is a specialist in the fastest growing trend in leadership development: Stage Leadership, also called Vertical Learning. She has completed accreditations with gurus: Susanne Cook-Greuter and Bill Torbert, and offers the Global Leadership Profile for individual stage assessments. She also offers the Leadership Circle Profile to assess Team Culture and for individual 360 assessments, and the Holistic Leadership Profile for self-assessment.

Antoinette reads a book most weekends and keeps up to date with the latest business practices through the Harvard Business Review. She brings neuroscience, emotional awareness, spiritual intelligence and the development of personal wellbeing and professional fulfilment, as well as strategic business performance and innovative business practices, to her coaching practice and leadership development programs.
