During the course of my Coaching Practice with more than 50 Senior Executives, nine clients anchored at Achiever and below, agreed to participate in my PhD Research Study. They undertook a Stage Development Psychometric Assessment before and after a 12-month Coaching Program with me.

The telescope through which they could view interpersonal dynamics and intrapersonal concerns was significantly magnified.
